Dr. Jonathon Saphier
Dr. Jonathon Saphier is the Founder and President of Research for Better Teaching, Inc., (RBT) an organization in its 44th year dedicated to the professionalization of teaching. He is a recognized expert on supervision, evaluation, staff development, and adult professional culture and has authored mome books including The Skillful Teacher: Building Your Teaching Skills (with MaryAnn Haley and Robert Gower) which has sold over 500,000 copies. The Skillful Teacher model has been adopted by the country of Singapore for all teachers during their first year of practice.

Deidra Fogarty
Deidra Fogarty, a Bridgeport, Connecticut native, brings over 15 years of education experience, with roles ranging from educator to literacy coach, assistant principal, and consultant. Recognizing a crucial gap in urban education, especially in supporting and developing Black women educators, she established Black Girls Teach, a consulting boutique focused on DEI initiatives that center on Black women educators. Deidra actively provides training on DEI topics to schools, empowerment workshops for Black women in the corporate setting, and runs a leadership development program for Black women teacher leaders. A sought-after speaker on urban school reform, she also mentors educators venturing into consulting, aiming to be a part of the solution.
Catlin Tucker
Dr. Catlin Tucker is a bestselling author, international trainer, and keynote speaker. She was named Teacher of the Year in 2010 in Sonoma County, where she taught for 16 years. Catlin earned her doctorate in learning technologies from Pepperdine University. Currently, Catlin is working as a blended learning coach, education consultant, and professor in a Masters of Arts in Teaching program. Catlin has published several books on blended learning, including The Shift to Student-led, The Complete Guide to Blended Learning, and UDL and Blended Learning.
