Interested in becoming an Expert Mentor? Here’s what you’ll need to do:
1) Become a Distinguished Modern Classroom Educator (DMCE). Show us that you’re using our model effectively by submitting your DMCE application.
2) Provide Sample Feedback. Once you’re a DMCE, apply to become a Mentor by providing sample feedback on an instructional video. Our team will support you in revising and improving your feedback, until we feel you’re ready to support others.
3) Complete Mentor Academy. Once accepted, we’ll train you in best practices in educator coaching and feedback. During this process, you’ll meet regularly with our team to refine their practice. Learn more here.
