Aubrey White has dedicated her career to supporting students. She worked for twelve years as a classroom teacher in Philadelphia and grew her work beyond the classroom as President of Springboard Collaborative, an education nonprofit unleashing the power of family-educator partnerships. As a teacher and leader, Aubrey witnessed firsthand the positive impact of personalized learning and human connection in the classroom.
Aubrey has a strong reputation for building cohesive teams, driving significant programmatic and organizational growth, fostering a high-performing organizational culture, and spearheading program innovation. As Chief Growth Officer, Aubrey remains committed to empowering educators to create responsive classrooms that meet the unique needs of every student by bringing focus and momentum to organizational projects and daily work in a constant quest for excellence, improvement, and care.
Aubrey attended Yale University and Penn State for her undergraduate work and completed her M.Ed at Chestnut Hill College. She holds active teaching and reading specialist certifications and continually hones her skills through professional development. Aubrey lives in Philadelphia's Germantown neighborhood with her husband and three children; in her free time, she enjoys running, gardening, and playing with her dogs.
