Byron built his career using technology to solve complex problems, and he is now helping advance MCP’s mission by providing educators with tools that make implementing self-paced, mastery-based learning faster and easier. Prior to joining Modern Classrooms Project, Byron co-founded an edtech startup and developed a voice-responsive learn-to-read app. He loves developing novel software solutions and believes in building and prototyping rapidly to create a better future for educators and learners alike. In his spare time, Byron enjoys reading, hiking, skiing, and spending time with his children.
