Jessie Lake (She/Her)
Director of Math Curriculum & Support

After graduating from Georgetown University, Jessie started her career as a math teacher in Philadelphia, where she found her passion for the pedagogy of mathematics. Since leaving the classroom, Jessie worked in ed tech as a content developer, project manager, and data analyst. Jessie joined the Modern Classrooms Project in November 2023 to continue obsessing over math curricula.

Outside of work, Jessie enjoys long-distance running and really good books. She is based in her hometown of Chicago but claims Philadelphia, DC, and Amsterdam as her other homes.
