Kristen Stone
Senior Director of Partner Engagement

Kristen spent over two decades as an early elementary teacher. She worked in public, private, and parochial schools in Orlando, Detroit, and Chicago. She earned a master's degree in Early Childhood from the University of Michigan-Dearborn and a bachelor's degree in Elementary Education from Wheaton College. Since leaving the classroom in 2020, she has worked in edtech. In or out of the classroom, Kristen works to ensure students have access to high-quality education and educators are fully supported and empowered to develop their craft.

She currently lives in Chicago, where she can be found rooting for the Cubs (win or lose), drinking coffee, reading a good book, or (her favorite activity) snuggling her nephews.
