Molly Hyde is a researcher, analyst, and data nerd energized by educational innovation and equity. For the past three years, she has supported both school-day and after-school educators in New York City through policy, evaluation, research, data analysis, and grant management. She loves using new technology to organize and present data in ways that are interactive, user-friendly, and aesthetically pleasing.

Molly received her M.A. in Education Policy from Teachers College, Columbia University, and her B.S. in Psychology from St. Lawrence University in Canton, NY. Molly is a lifelong New Yorker currently living in Rochester with roots in Woodstock and the beautiful mid-Hudson Valley. Outside of work, Molly enjoys running and exercising, playing piano, and trying new restaurants with her partner.
