Alyson Kong (She/Her/Hers)
Development Manager

Alyson Kong is a dedicated educator whose teaching experience spans from middle and high school students to adult ESL learners. Her educational approach is rooted in data-driven practices and the belief that effective, sustainable learning should fulfill the needs of both teachers and students. Alyson is a TFA alumna who attained her M.Ed. from the New York Relay Graduate School of Education and a B.S. in Cognitive Science – computing specialization – and B.A. in Communications from UCLA (Summa Cum Laude).

In her pursuit of educational equity, Alyson is always looking to find ways to reshape educational outcomes through dynamic instructional design, collaboration, and technological integration. Alyson is originally from LA but is currently based in NYC. In her free time, she likes to spend it with family and friends, going on neighborhood walks, rock climbing, painting, trying new restaurants, reading, and listening to podcasts.
