Jackie Fischer is a former Music Educator with 12 years of experience teaching middle school and beginning band in public schools in Illinois. Since leaving the classroom in 2020, she has worked in Partnerships at organizations focused on Education and/or Technology. She is an actively performing clarinetist and conductor.

Jackie has a bachelor’s degree in Music Education from Northern Illinois University and a master’s degree in Teacher Leadership from Concordia University Chicago. Her desire to tailor instruction, provide individualized feedback, and ensure all learners grow led her to the Modern Classrooms Project.
